Sack Collections:

We provide sack services for general waste and dry mixed recyclables. Sack collections are the ideal solution for customers where they generate infrequent volumes of material or sites where there is not enough space to keep a wheelie bin.

The sacks can be left out for collection when required; as they are pre-paid our crews will collect however many are put out for them. The sacks have a larger volume than domestic black bags and they are liveried with our company details ensuring a presentable appearance outside your premises.

Size Options:

240 litres:

Suitable for: A, B, C, D, E, F, G & H – Maximum Weight: 20 Kilograms

This is the smallest wheelie bin we provide and is ideal for small business or restricted access locations.

660 litres:

Suitable for A, B, D, F, G & H – Maximum Weight: 50 Kilograms

With four wheels this sturdy bin is suited for larger waste requirements and is easy to manoeuvre. This bin comes with a brake function on the wheels and a lockable lid as standard.

1100 litres:

Suitable for A, B, D, F, G & H – Maximum Weight: 80 Kilograms

Our largest wheelie bin option. This container has a large volume and is perfect for sites which generate substantial quantities of waste and recyclable materials. This bin comes with a brake function on the wheels and a lockable lid as standard.

Most the 660 litres and 1100 litre wheelie bins are made from galvanised steel, thereby ensuring durability over long periods of time. However, for lightweight recyclable materials, plastic wheelie bins may sometimes be used.

Weight Limits/Charges:

We operate a weighing charge system on our wheelie bin services – this is in line with our competitors and a system which is fast becoming an industry standard. Weights over the maximum weight allowances are charged at a rate per kilo on both general waste and dry mixed recyclables wheelie bins. Our dustcarts are fitted with the latest state of the art bin weighing systems which download the information everyday for analysis. With features such as satellite tracking and the system’s ability to know what size container is emptied we can relay information quickly and work with our customers to help them avoid these charges if bins are regularly over-weight. Usually this can be resolved by glass and or food waste bins being used onsite to remove the heaviest waste streams from the bins.
