Moores Recycling has a long and proud history in the waste management sector with over 50 years’ experience in recycling plastics and cardboard.

The services Moores Recycling offer include granulating plastics as well as the baling of cardboard and plastics. These processed materials are then sold to be remade into consumables such as: plant pots, film for food packaging, toys, CDs & DVDs and polyester fibres for clothing; to name but a few.

The export of these commodities across the globe has required Moores Recycling to attain various accreditations such as ISO 14001, Recovinyl, and AQSIQ (for exports to China). This ensures Moores Recycling continues to work to high standards of quality, environmental compliance and professional customer service; mirroring Grist Environmental’s own business ethos.

This acquisition now enables Grist Environmental to offer another process to the recycling services we offer to our customers. By obtaining permanent access to the next step in recycling we are now able to broaden our markets and increase the amount of business we can conduct; thereby ensuring that Grist Environmental – one of Wiltshire’s business success stories – can continue to grow, support the local community and benefit the environment, both now and in the future.
